Mix-Use

When visiting the area, one major problem we found was the lack of people around during the day.

 

This is why one of our design action is to create an area which is used throughout the day and night.

 

This will mean that there will always be people around, this will help to create a buzz, thus helping to make the site a place where people want to spend time at.
