Threats 

Financing the site, as always, is a threat. The development will cost a lot of money and therefore the developer will have to find funds from several investors. As well as this, because it is so large scale, it is not unfathomable for there to be setbacks meaning the budget has to be flexible.  

Brexit could impact the confidence of investors and the public which brings into question whether the timing of such a flagship project is right.
