Weaknesses 

In Britannia Village, the way that the housing is laid out creates a clear divide between the rented housing and the social housing. This will also cause a divide within the community.

The connection between the north and south side of the site is poor because the only way across the Royal Victoria Dock without going around is over the Royal Victoria Dock Bridge.

The Royal Victoria Dock Bridge is too tall and there is no reason for it to be this high anymore as there are no longer large ships coming in and out of the dock.
