Hello, I have recently graduated from Oxford Brookes University after completing my undergraduate and masters degrees. For my undergraduate course, I studied Urban Design, Planning and Development, and then specialised in Urban Design for my Masters.
Urban design is an area I am passionate about and is the complete opposite of my upbringing in the rural countryside of Norfolk. This contrast has built my interest in cities and their design and has led to school-based projects on cities and sustainable transport methods such as Masdar city and Curitiba. I have also enjoyed completing further research into global cities to understand how they operate and accommodate people.
My other interests are very much sporting based. I enjoy watching and playing football, which led me to run my own 5 aside team at university. Further to this, I have taken up running in the past few years as I believe this has many benefits to my health, as well as providing an opportunity to experience new places. Away from sport I have a keen interest in the creation of model railways and are currently in the process of renovating one.
In addition, I have a keen interest in building redevelopments and I help with new projects that my family have undertaken.
