Whilst designing the site, we started by deciding which area would best suit the category of building. 

 

We decided by placing the retail closer to the main pedestrian and transport entrance, the area would get footfall as people walk to the attraction. This is why we placed the attraction on the north side of the site.

 

This is also the reason we placed the residential zone to the east side of the site to decrease the number of people walking through and disturbing the residents.
