Across the site, there are four designated areas of open space seen in blue on the map. These four areas will be designed for the area of the site they are in and will all have different styles.

 

Also on the site, particularly in the residential zone, there will be areas of open space, in orange on the map, which are not specially designed but will be left for the use of the residents. This means these areas could become areas to meet people or used for local events.

 

How this meets our Design Actions?

The use of open space helps us achieve our waterfront design action, as the use of the open space helps to create a waterfront which people can interact with it and other people in and around it.
